Strategy, Justice, and Strategic Nonviolence Fellowship Group
The Young Changemakers group provides a space for activists to organize for justice. It is an opportunity for learning, growth and support of each member’s work. It is intended to be “professional development/training” for organizers.
The purpose of the Young Changemakers is to support committed Delaware peace and justice organizers in creating change in their communities by providing training, resources, planning, and connections to individuals and organizations.
To achieve true justice, we need to address the intersection of many issues — such as racial, gender, and economic justice. The Young Changemakers group strives to make Delaware and the surrounding area a better place through cross-issue efforts.
The Young Changemakers apply the ideas of strategic nonviolence, proactive social change organizing (e.g. ACORN-style organizing), and movement building. There is a focus on learning and teaching so members of the Young Changemakers group can train/teach others.
Changemakers will be a place where people can bring plans and ideas on their efforts and get support/feedback from the group.

Host Children's Peace Art
The Pacem in Terris Children’s Peace Art Exhibition is an opportunity for all of us to learn from our younger citizens what the world should be like. As part of the Pacem in Terris 50th Anniversary in 2017 we are “going back to our roots”— the initial innocence of youth, its vision and idealism— as a way of looking forward to the next 50 years.
